Well he didn't like it at first, tried to chase them away from the food and water, but he's sharing well now

last night I cleaned out the brooder and decided to take some pics, apparently I interrupted an important meeting lol:

Anyhow based on feather sexing, which I know isn't 100%, pretty sure the two yellow chicks, and the almost all black chick are females, the blue chick is male, and the other chick I'm not sure about, but it's a maran and has copper coming out on its wingtips, so leaning towards male. Mort I still have no idea on, acts like a boy, but no copper on wing or neck feathers...The three females coincidentally all hatched from the blue eggs. They're all so cute! The babies have imprinted on Mort and try to sleep under him and in his wings like a mother hen, Mort does not find it as endearing as I do lol

chick updates! Found out that a silver laced wayondotte cross roo must've snuck in there because a couple chicks have rose combs. Also Mort is showing more and more to be a male, 4.5wks old and comb is starting to really grow and color up.
