Hi! Can anyone tell me what my sweet Lulu is? She's about three months old. I was told she's a buff orp and lavender orp cross, which seems...surprising. Any ideas?

Cockerel. Looks correct for a Orpington cross. The Buff color in Orpingtons is very strong when crossed with solid black (lavender is a recessive dilute for black).Hi! Oh no--Lulu is a dude?? I got five 4-week-old chickens from a farmer: a cuckoo marans, a cream legbar, and isbar and Lulu. The marans AND the cream legbar were both cockerels. So now 3 out of 5. Grrrr. Thanks, though.Cockerel. Looks correct for a Orpington cross. The Buff color in Orpingtons is very strong when crossed with solid black (lavender is a recessive dilute for black).
Can't tell at this point, but by next week it should be pretty obvious if they are Cornish Cross. Not to be confused with purebred Cornish.Well of course TSC wouldn't refund any money for the major screw up with selling me Cornish instead of what I thought I was buying (Leghorns) and if it wasn't for a woman that was working he wouldn't of even taken them 4 back so he replaced them with 4 more he said they just got in last week and their a week old and I still don't know if they will be Leghorns or more Cornish but I can guarantee that if these are Cornish too, I will take them back and wash my hands of Tractor Supply. Here's a pic of the new babies. So disgusted with that place right now.View attachment 1137416 View attachment 1137417
Looks like an Easter Egger to me.View attachment 1137576 View attachment 1137577 View attachment 1137578 I think this is an EE but I'm not positive I got a baby picture and adult. No beard or muffs or comb and 4 months old now.EE are my favorite breed so I tried getting a non bearded but it looks so different then the rest of mine now and as a chick.
