DONT KNOW WHAT THIS IS ON CHICKEN NECK

I’m new to chicken keeping this is my second year and I woke up one day and found one of my 5 week old Chickens with this on it’s neck none of the others have anything like this and she’s acting normal, I did some research and couldn’t find anything so I thought maybe someone on here would know.

No, we have her and 2 others in a DIY brooder we planned on putting em outside sometime this week as it’s getting warmer we’re we live.
