Don't know what to do

If picked up some new chickens and one of them has a watery sack at her breast it is huge that her feet hit it when she walks. When I hold her by ger feet upside down there is a yellow liquid that comes out. Upin looking at her she has a wound that is healed. Wondering if she coild have an infection and what do I do about it
