I want to add that tracking things is a great idea. Track your food. Every little morsel you put in your mouth. And track everything you drink. People are often surprised how much they eat and how little water they drink. There are plenty of apps that you can use to track food. Or just write it down. Also track how much weight you are lifting. Make yourself a chart with the different exercises and how many reps you did with what weight. It's amazing the progress you can make and it makes you feel better to see the rep count or weight you lift go up!
 
Last night I worked on lunges with weights. I also have been doing plenty of laps on the pool, pushups in the pool, been going for walks on the daily, daily bike rides, and I've been running around a lot more.

I want to start doing some more too, I'm goin to start working on curls and stuff on this workout thing which I don't know the name of lol. Its ine of those bungy cord things that you pull.

I'm also trying to eat healthier too
Have you done your three sets of 20 yet?
Has anyone done it?
I have not but I will this evening.



I am thinking I will start my day tomorrow with a quick workout and get it over with for the day....that way tomorrow evening what ever I do will be extra.
 
If anything I think I need to eat more with all this exercise :th I feel like I could eat a whole cow after swimming or riding my bike.

For me, I dont have any weight I need to lose and I just want to build more muscle.
No. Not at this time.
For now we just weight it.
Light weights.
