Once upon a time I had great abs.

Then I discovered Hershey Big Block Bars!

You know if you eat those with diet Coke you balance out the calories and don't get fat!

They're like donuts. Eat them with skim milk! Negates the calories on the spot!

i did the abs, stretch, most of the thigh one but couldn’t do the arms again tonight. i took some ibuprofen and now it’s bedtime!!!

I did everything but day two excersises just now! Second round of extra. My legs still feel like jello so I wanted to give them a break. I can't lean forward at all.

I ride a gelding named Mick. In terms of progress, I can say that I know officially know how to put his saddle on by myself.
I do some trotting and cantering, but mostly I work on honing my steering and clarity of commands.
