@Kiki I picked up, unloaded and put groceries away….got a propane refill and carried the tank full and empty, helped process 6 meaties and have done numerous 16oz elbow curls today! I’m having a bit of trouble trying to do the video by a fat chick that ultimately quit because her mental issues became more priority than weight loss so basically I’m good to mark off my extra today, yes????

No. You can do day one arms. It only takes a couple of minutes.

Hold on let's go back This chick in the video gave up on her working out routines because she's got too many issues?
If so...just knowing that makes me want to pick a different video for today.

Yesterday was steroids day.
Barn has a big show all weekend so everything was rush rush and don't mind the extra people in the way.
Home chores was about as bad. Big storm started to head in so it was hurry hurry try to get everything done outside before I get poured on. Almost made it.
Got inside for the night and was just gonna move chicks from hatchers to brooder and candle some eggs. Then clean hatchers and move next batch in the morning.
Oh no had chicks hatching in the incubator. So ya had to clean hatchers move eggs etc.
No rest for the wicked.

yeah we evidently had some high winds overnight because my table umbrella was in the pool!! mr muddy managed to get it back to its holder, but not sure the integrated lights will work
