No official extra on the weekend, lots of walking but that's it. Done for today, 20 min Tai Chi, just the first half of the forms and 45 min BodyFlow. I did end signing up for Les Mills, $15 a month is so cheap compared to my old athletic club membership, however my toddler insists on trying to climb me the entire time and there's no hot tub or cold dip, still have a free sauna outside at least 😁

Yesterday I just did core.

Today was 30/30/30/30 arms X3
Cossack squats, 2mins and 1min
Core workout, can't remember the name but it involves 8lb dumbbells and planking for 1min x2
Did some cardio and a bunch of splits stretches.
Conan pose 20sec x2

Tomorrow I'm back on the bike.

Edit: forgot to add sumo squats, did those for a couple minutes.
 
What are wall balls?
You throw the ball up against the wall and catch it?
Yup. My shop has 10ft ceilings, so I have a tape line at 9ft that I throw the ball over. I think the official height is 10ft. You squat as you catch the ball. I see @R2elk found a video. Going to watch it now.

Medicine ball slams are another good one to get the blood pumping. 😁
