For today, 12 rounds, 1 min work, 30 secs rest. 3 rounds each:
80 double unders
1 minute bag
1 minute wall balls 6kg ball
1 min chest with resistance bands

The first three in that order was more cardio heavy than my usual and I noticed. My skipping sucked, which took longer, and I went from skipping to wall balls on the last round, messing up my order. 🥴

Next, 4 rounds of each alternating between 20 crunches and keeping my legs off the floor in various positions (abs loaded without cheating) for one minute.
A few rounds of walking lunges back and forth across the shop and I called it a day, have to go out tonight and be nice to humans again. 😐
