That's why I don't like fad diets. Telling myself I cannot have something is a sure way to make me crave it.
Much easier for me to just make healthier choices and cut way down to tiny portions of carbs and way less often.
Eventually you'll get where you don't even want it and your body will protest when you eat too much of it.
I've ate breaded fried stuff the last two nights. Boy did I regret it last night. My tummy hurt all night.
Whenever I was a vegan I craved things like radishes because I felt like they tasted like marshmallows...that was a dark time. But I didn't eat bad when I was vegan, I wasn't healthy though.

I'm gluten free, it's the only thing I've ever cut out completely. I had some Chinese food with sneaky gluten in it and my whole face broke out and I looked very red and rough.

@Kiki still waiting on that other thread you promised...

I can't start it in the middle of a week.
My calendar weak starts on a Sunday so I need the thread to start on a Sunday.
🤚🤚🤚 I have issues you know like the same kind of issues where you stop the microwave when it gets to 7 seconds.... Those kind of issues.

cranked up that resistance
Good pun👏
Sugar is actually the only thing I keep an eye out for.
I'm more concerned about consuming too much of these fake sugars/sweetness. I'm sure they ruin your insides (No evidence yet).
At least sugar is a sort of natural product.
Don't get me wrong, too much sugar is bad though. I try to keep it to a minimum.

There is evidence. There's a great book called Sweet Poison.
