Extra done and then some. This morning I did 30 walking lunges with a 10lb kettle bell, 20 jump squats, 15 plie squats, and 45 standing calf raises.
Then we went and played soccer as a family this afternoon, I'm worried I won't be able to sit tomorrow, my tush is already sore

Migraine today, back at it tomorrow

Sorry you’re dealing with migraine. I got them very regularly for the past 13 years….in the spirit of total over sharing….I went on HRT…for the boys out there, us ladies have that option when our ovaries die. Headaches disappeared and and I can sleep now. It was miraculous.

I'm skipping extra (and dinner) today in favor of beer. I haven't had beer in 2 weeks... I was only going to have 1 beer but now I think I'll have...3 beer.

Well I didn't exactly pick up dumbbells to accomplish my second round of extra.

Had to catch some feral cockerels and of course that last one was the fightingest stupidest fastest one of em all. After chasing him for what was at least 45 minutes of running climbing and smacking my face through spider webs, he dove into the grape vines

Got to crawl (in the dark) through these nasty vines and all their little monster friends.
