Did the hula hoop and a little walk around the park today
I’ve been inspired…ordered a weighted hula hoop.
I just started this one and quit by the second movement. It's bothering my knee and I don't have time for an injury.
😩

Finding another one for me now.
That one is tough for us older women. :gig
I like this one. Short and easy.
 
Mind if I ask y'all what's up with the hula hoops?
It was a big thang that has circulated tick tock and you tube.
Supposedly you can lose inches off your waist by just hula hooping 20 to 30 minutes a day in a week.

After watching a bunch of those videos reading about it and looking it up I decided to buy one.
I did not lose inches in one week.
But I do think it is great excercise and a lot more entertaining to do than some other things.
And I have actually lost at least an inch off of my waist from the time I started doing it till now.

You want a weighted one.
It sounds hard but actually the weight helps you keep it up and going.
