I am saving cossack squats, side-lying hip adduction, and lateral slide outs for later. This is so intense!
- Lateral lunges, 30 seconds each side as many as I could stand.
- Sumo squats, for one minute.
- Side plank with hip flexation, 30 seconds each side.
- Copenhagen hip adduction, 10 seconds twice for each side.
Honestly, I just want to have the strength and endurance to have a half chance of defending myself in a bad situation (if I throw punches, it'd be good if they were hit harder than a bantam's flapping wings).If you wanna see the routine I'm doing, download "reddit metallicadpa's ppl". Because I'm a lady, I modified my push/pull days for less arm stuff because it's kinda heavy on the arm stuff. I appreciate some of it, especially if I'm shooting recurve. It really, really helps with my ability to perform at the targets. But if you're not doing stuff like that, you might tailor it to benefit you. A good example of that is to add pelvic thrusts to your leg day. Barbell lifts with the pelvis activate your glutes in a superior way for women, so if you're a lady in here looking for that smexy bubble bum, don't stress so much over your BBBS and add in pelvic thrusts.
