Dinner for today is in the crock pot. Home grown green beans, two potatoes cut up and a can of low fat ham added for flavor.

I will eat the green beans, some of the ham and probably only three little pieces of potato as I've tried to cut the spuds back to only twice a week and then a small serving.

Once upon a time I was 100 pounds and could eat anything I wanted and not gain weight...

There is a difference. They use the same names, but what is on your plate is very different.

It says you are in East Texas. North of I-10, perchance? Ever been to the valley?
 
Ok, I'm in.
1.5 mile walk (we usually do 2 mi a day walk or 10km bike so this may not count). Walk was cut short by rain.

Set the boxing timer for 1 minute work 30 sec rest, 12 rounds. Alternated 50 double unders 1st round and rested / stretched any leftover time. Punches and kicks on the heavy bag for next round. Cardio was bent but not broken. 😁

Next 3 rounds alternated between 20 air squats holding 2 20 lb kettle bells and bench press, 95 lbs 10 reps, 10 sec rest, 5 reps, 10 sec rest, 5 reps. I needed the break for bench. 😭 So total 60 squats and (in the interest of self preservation) 50 presses.

Next did a little better than half of an Athlean-x 7 minute ab workout.

Finished with stretches and a couple more rounds on the heavy bag to loosen up, and because it felt good.
