Haha, I do not overfeed them and only give out scratch, mealworms, and scraps as special treats. They're all at a healthy weight (actually my orpington needs to gain some after being broody and now entering a molt) and nobody really is too fat. I do have a few hens who are always stealing my lunch though (I'm learning to be more cautious with them! They'll run from a mile away if they see me holding anything in my hands, assuming that its food) and I like to joke that those three are bigger than the others because of all the crap they eat. Really its just that their breeds are bigger on average.They have no control over what you feed them. Don't make them suffer by overfeeding them.
