I suck at this too.another way to go about this that is more balanced would be HIIT training. this is where you do as many reps of these as possible in 30 secs alternated with 30 sec of cardio like jump rope, hula hoop, squats etc. usually 3 30 sec circuits of each excercise.
One 30 second routine does me in for the day.
