I thought of why I like wheaten so much. It reminds me of crème brûlée. They're little feathered creamy pudding deserts with caramelized sugar on top. What's not to love?

So, my Fitbit says I got over 10,000 steps today but only walked 2.8 miles? I thought 10,000 steps was roughly 5 miles? And I know my stride is correct, I've tested it, multiple times

oh and i should’ve captured it on video......my shoulders were “crunchy”
