The sheet is to keep track of who is doing their exercises each day.
I have two checks marks because I did yesterday day ones exercises and I have already completed today day two's exercises.
 
Oh i see.
I just mowed some grass. Is that exercise, Kiki?
No... Well I guess it could be if you don't do it regularly but if you do the stuff regularly then it is not considered an exercise.
Exercise means extra.
Do something extra each day.
That's what's going to qualify as exercise for this game.
 
Legs are sore today from the 150lb deadlifts (I'm so embarrassed!). Upper body and abs are fine. My body didn't know what to think of this late day activity and spazzed out at 2am after a 3 hour nap, thinking it was fully recharged. 🤣
I ended up sleeping in, and am Internally lubricating everything with coffee for a full and complete recovery.

it looks like it may be a rainy day, so hopefully I'll get today's workout in earlier.

Someone asked about no equipment / bodyweight workouts and I forgot to include Athleanx (aka Jeff Cavalier) in my post about YouTube channels. Jeff has a lot of low weight and bodyweight exercises. He's a little click-baity, but still a good resource if you don't have a lot of equipment.

Scroll to the bottom of the first post and it has links to day one and day two's exercises.

These exercises are for the beginners.
Those of us that do not exercise regularly.
If they are too easy for you then figure out a way to make them harder.
