Done and done @Kiki !! I did your leg workout as well as my back/biceps one. I forgot how not flexible I am!! I like that leg one, might do that everyday💪🦵
I did not spend a lot of time this morning looking for today's leg workout video.
I chose that one because she was laying down and I was laying down and I didn't feel like getting up yet.

I thinking we have to start out easy for those of us who just aren't used to doing anything and haven't even thought about how we're going to do weights on our legs yet.

Oh, I agree! No pressure from me at all, I have weight to lose myself. And you kick my butt daily on your step counts. I swear, some of you put your fitbits on your dog's tail to up the counts!:lau
