Jjajangmyeon is the Korean equivalent of pizza. It's the most common food ordered for takeout. It is typically a fresh made wheat noodle similar to udon that's fried with a black savory sweet sauce you stir fry with pork fat and serve with meat and veggies.

I read a lot of Korean comics, and I like trying foods my favorite characters enjoy. Korean BBQ is legendary but other stuff like tteokbokki is worth a try too.

It's noodles and blackbean sauce... and whatever else you wanna toss in. Lots of variety within the dish like lots of good Asian dishes. It's really tasty.

My favorite example of that is backpfeifengesicht, which literally translates as "a face which cries out for a fist in it".
