Dinner for today is in the crock pot. Home grown green beans, two potatoes cut up and a can of low fat ham added for flavor.

I will eat the green beans, some of the ham and probably only three little pieces of potato as I've tried to cut the spuds back to only twice a week and then a small serving.

Once upon a time I was 100 pounds and could eat anything I wanted and not gain weight...
Ham comes in a can?

I put some chicken in the crockpot this morning. I haven't decided what I'm going to do with it just yet though.

20 minutes is tooo long for me at this time.
I have 10 minutes. I might have ten minutes twice a day next week.

So do the workouts only count if we do "the things"? Or if we do other things that's good also?
Absolutely... You can do other things as long as it's extra. Things that you normally would not do everyday.

Well stalking doesn't surprise me in the least. I'm just not sure if my watch lets me be part of the cool kids club with the FitBits.
I don't want my watch to stalk me either. I guess if I wanna know how many steps I took, I'll check my ass size at the door.
