That would be the muscle that rotates your arms...can't remember the name.
I think this part is so sore because I kept trying the Conan pose the other day. That pose is horrible. I just now remembered the same exact area hurting really bad like this the last time I tried these damn cone poses.


I finished Batty's video but I cheated my way through the whole thing.

That's not cheating, that's called modifying. It's still effective and the way I get through many HIIT exercises!
 
I'm getting a pull-up bar on Friday. My goal is to get my weakling arms to the point where they're able to do at least one pull-up or chin-up.
I got this one for the mini. I thought we'd share it. It's impossible for me.
