I too, unlike what Moony thinks, stay active all day long. I want to do more each day.I went to a pre-op clearance my doctor office a few weeks ago and she asked me "do you work out"?
My answer was No, i can not fathom the thought of hauling, lifting, grunting weights around and after all the aggrivation and sweat do have nothing no work accomplished to show for in the end.
I did tell her i stacked 2 cord of wood the previous day, have daily chores, lawn to keep mowed, garden every day, chicken feed to lug home and put away always doing upkeep on the house and barns, so i am physically active.
I would not mInd trying yoga and meditaion someday, just quiet mind/body health awareness. Might be a nice break from my actve physically exhausting life.
What I would really like is to have abs again... So this thread is to push me to do extra. Your extra can be yoga.
If you go back to the very first post and scroll down to day three and click the link it will take you to a post that has a yoga video in it for today.

Please say yes because if you don't check in on your own, I will bother you until you complete your exercise for the day.
