My vet says he's the smartest dog she's ever seen. He was just there to get on apoquel for his ragweed allergies. He's a very clever boy. I have a chart of all the things he knows and keep it updated. I teach him something new at least once a month. This month he learned "boop assist". If you hover your finger over his nose he boops into your finger.

Dumb means cute.

Mine is dumb and stupid.

Currently dripping all over a bumper plate between sets. It's well in the 90's here with the humidity. Spent from noon till 3 mowing, had a quick snack and chatted with the boss, then hit the shym.

12 rounds again 1 minute work 30 sec rest. This time I added wall balls , so... 4 rounds of:

50 double unders
1 minute heavy bag
25 wall balls

Currently trying to decide what's next...

Judging by those reactions, I'm guessing this isn't an isolated thought. I'm not sure how to feel about that.
