I just saw this today, but I was doing cals last night. 1) run up track bleachers. 2) lunges to the other side. 3) jog back down. 4) sit-ups x10. 5) 1/2 crab walk, 1/2 bear crawl back. 6) pushups x10. 7) repeat x5. Anybody feel like doing this with me? :D:fl
No. Jogging is 🤮.

Beres here's an workouts y'all can try. I did some crunches and leg raises last night.

With the crunches, don't put your arms behind your neck. It'll strain it and cause issues later on. Instead, put your arms across your chest. Works much better.
