Mid TN
Temps are still fluctuating depending on fronts. TN seems unpredictable during the season switches. One day its 80F and a day later your wearing the winter cloths and using the heat. Other days its cool or cold mornings (heater) and mid day the temps jump up in the 70s-80s.
Weather has always been fickle this way in TN.

I once saw it Sleet, Snow, sleet again, then turn to rain and melt it all the evidence away. Then the sun popped out clear skies and warm in the low 70s... all within 3 hours time on the same day!

I am not saying TN weather is special or the only fickle as I suspect the same in all the national regions, states and counties.

Its a chilly day here too! My struggle is just to stay warm. Bad circulation and all.
Might try slow long deep breaths. seems to warm the air intake a bit for me.

So I now have to check my BP 2 times a day every day. The doctor put me on a steroid for the breathing problem. She did a nebulizer treatment with the steroid included in the medicine. I feel like I am about to fall asleep.

It’s been so miserable here, damp, cold, freezing up overnight. My migraines have been miserable, and my just getting over RSV and having my horse clobber me (could account for the migraines), I have been miserable.

But the snow is going, slowly. The horses can now access the paddocks so they are happy and the chooks have been running amok in the paddocks also.

Aww sorry to hear! migraines truly suck the life out. I see stars, then I get confusion and go blind within minutes. Ive learned to keep the codeine handy.

The horses know Spring is in the air!

1C/33.8F, heavy snow and wind.

Everything is now white again. It's been raining continuously for three days, but the temp now dropped to where rain turned to snow. I'm glad we didn't get ALL of this as snow, or we'd be wading in several feet of it

Looks like it’s just as crazy where you are as here. I have pretty much given up on Spring
