Lighter workout with the youngest today. Did bench (3 sets of 5 at 95lbs, 115, and 135) forearms (a bunch of small movements) and this 10 min yoga with Kassandra vid. She has a great yt channel.

I skipped skipping today. The youngest was working on triple unders. The self flagellation from that is not appealing to me in the least.

I actually look up a little to the royals. They are much better role models than what we have over here. The kartrashians come to mind. I can't stand any of our "celebs". They go out wearing practically nothing, with their nipples or ass showing, then demand guys show them respect. I don't do stupid very well
