I just thought I should clarify. These 7 pounds I'm talking about took me a lot longer than the 8 days this thread has been up. I didn't want people thinking it was 7 pounds in 8 days because that's not healthy

That's cool! I was able to get my run completed hardware clothed over the weekend. So much more peace of mind knowing the predators can't just walk right in.

I didn't think it was from when the thread started. You mentioned a while back in the "things you wish you could say" thread that you were trying to lose weight.

So, our home inspection ran a lot longer that we thought it would (four hours).

My mom, all the kids, and I left and went to Chick-fil-A and the park,
I pushed a Merry go round with five kids on it for about one and a half hours.
I’m not feeling too hot right now so I might do a few simple workouts instead of the five minute burn.
