Today's fun in the feels like temp of 97°f, 12 rounds, 1 min work 30 sec rest. 3 rounds of each:
80 double unders
1 min bag work
10 bench @ 115lbs
1 min abs (Russian twist w 20 lb kettlebell, crunches, plank alternating lifting opposite arm and leg)
Adding a 4th excercise is mentally harder for me to remember where to go and what to do next when fatigue starts. Yet another way I need to push myself. Not that it matters now, but it's pretty important in kickboxing to remain mentally alert when physically tired.
Next, 3 sets of 20 dips and 10 curls per side with 20lbs. Finished with some deadlifts. 10 sets of 5 @ 185 and 4 sets of 5 @ 205, then 5 minutes of stretches.
