I don't mind them either.
I just don't really keep track of how many of what I am doing and idk the proper names for all of it.
Ok, I'll keep track again next time. The youngest got home from work early today, so we did a workout together and I wasn't keeping track.
From memory:
12 rounds 1 min work 30 sec rest, 4 rounds of each:
80 double unders
1 min abs
1 min bag
10 clean and jerk @ 95lbs
(I got this done before junior arrived)
While I was waiting for him to warm up, I did some squats with a 20lb kettlebell on each shoulder, some more bag, some bar hangs, just goofed around.
Then deadlifts, sets of 10, then sets of 6, then singles as weight went up. I don't remember the weights, I was doing whatever he was doing. It wasn't as heavy today, I think we topped out around 250.
Next was leg extensions off the bench. 2 sets of 30 @ 70lbs 2 sets of 20 @ 95, 1 set of 10 at 120.
6 rounds of abs 1 min work 30 sec rest. We alternate picking an excercise.
Finished with some yoga stretches.
