I did not get stung by a red wasp for the third day in a row. I'm counting that as a win and I did work in the yard with gloves.

We have been lifting heavy the last week and there is nothing on my body that doesn’t hurt.
So for my extra today I did 10 minutes of gentle yoga, then threw in a Conan pose for 30 seconds and some foam roller work
