So what do the flames mean?


We girls ( ages 73, 68, 67, 47, 38) were doing the inner and outer thighs Pilates workouts in Hawaii on our lawn in our bathing suits. The lawn is private and so are those photos! We played pickle ball, badminton, target ball, modified baseball with the grand boys.

The walkway in the complex offered a 1/4 mile sidewalk with gorgeous plantings to greet the eye as we made our laps.

I’m right there with you Sister! I’ll be 69 in November...two shoulder reconstructions, two back surgeries, a knee replacement and too many arthritic joints to count.

No way I'd have a chicken inside unless it's being treated for something injury not illness. Just to have walking around no. Like chicks inside. No I did that once long ago and was disgusted by the dust and dander all over everything. If you say it doesn't get like that inside with chicks then you're delusional
