Looking up Atomic Habits now, thanks.Tuesday workout done...Dog Dancing (that is dancing with dogs) to 2 jazzy songs during my break from work desk... maybe next payday I'll order a hoola hoop?
--EDIT: I just did 20 each of squats and about 7 arm exercises while watching US Open Tennis over lunch break. You can't watch them without getting motivated to be fitter!
Has anyone read/listened to the book Atomic Habits? One thing I learned from it is to set up a trigger to do something you want to make into a habit. Everytime I sit down to watch a TV show I want to do 20 of ___. ---END EDIT
I have no idea what I did all weekend - lots of chores but no workouts.
