I’m down 5 pounds…

My scale has a delay before the weight light goes off.

Ummmm. Difficult? Arm exercises with weights reminds me my right shoulder needs a new reconstruction.

I watch the workouts first. My iPad fits nicely on a recipe card holder. So I can exercise with the iPad.


I have to hold onto a chair back to help me balance thru the kicks.


My extra today was moving a stack of lumber and helping the boys run calves thru the chute for vaccinations, ear tagging and banding.
