I'm more concerned about consuming too much of these fake sugars/sweetness. I'm sure they ruin your insides (No evidence yet).
At least sugar is a sort of natural product.
Don't get me wrong, too much sugar is bad though. I try to keep it to a minimum.
I wish I had a picture of the stupid "information" that 4-H gave me back when I did food challenge. It was extremely outdated, they expected me to present fake sweeteners (scientifically proven cancer causing stuff) as a better alternative for sugar. I use maple sugar or honey, there's health benefits in natural sugar. The people who ate real sugar made it, they're old now.

Yes, that's absolutely true. Sugar is not a good addiction, but thankfully there's lots of healthier alternatives.

Sorry you’re dealing with migraine. I got them very regularly for the past 13 years….in the spirit of total over sharing….I went on HRT…for the boys out there, us ladies have that option when our ovaries die😰. Headaches disappeared and and I can sleep now. It was miraculous.

Thank you it's good info. I actually am on HRT but still get breakthroughs and when that happens I get migraines just as I did when I was younger. I am peri so I get to enjoy menopause symptoms as well as all the other stuff too. But it is definitely less frequent than before.

I sleep way better too! Sleep is soooooo important
 
He's the reason why I block up the whole entire shampoo isle when I need to buy more😂. Every difficult to pronounce word gets googled and run through his lists of yes and no products. I really appreciate his YouTube channel and website.
It's not a complete comprehensive catalog, but EWG's Skin Deep usually has a good breakdown of how toxic cosmetic product is. It's a website 😌
