Yes, that's absolutely true. Sugar is not a good addiction, but thankfully there's lots of healthier alternatives.

Dr.Axe is my go-to guy, here's a link to what he has to say about fake sugar, he uses the same stuff I use: Raw Honey, Maple Syrup and Stevia.

I found Stevia to not taste sweet to me. I use Sucralose which is an alcohol of sugar. The only propaganda that I found against it was by a company promoting Stevia. The FDA had nothing bad to say about sucralose.

Honey and maple syrup are concentrated sugars no matter what anyone claims they are. Concentrated sugars are not a healthy substitute for sugar.
 
I can't believe I got 3rd place!!!! I'm SOOOO motivated now.

Workout done for Wednesday - started the day with squats, at lunch a little dancing (without lazy dogs) finished with some planks and stretching as I watched US Open tonight. And I finally finished mowing the neighbors upper pasture first thing this morning (riding mower but workout factor of 1.5...LOL).

I knew exactly who you were talking about before I even read “Call of the wild man” I was by far a strange child and there was a running joke in my family that he was my boyfriend and that I used to have a crush on him all of us would get a kick out of watching him .... Do we have anyone from Australia here? I just read that their health agency is limiting their alcohol consumption by monitoring what comes into their homes while they are locked down.
