15 rounds 1 min work 20 seconds rest, 3 rounds of each:
80 double unders 1st and 2nd round only 50 on 3rd round
1 min bag 2nd and 3rd round were wimpy
10 clean and jerk @ 95lbs only 6 on 3rd round
20 bench @ 95lbs, only 10 2nd round and 15 on 3rd round
15 deadlift @ 205lbs managed 15 each round.
Not sure if I achieved the most today, but I absolutely pushed myself the hardest. I was dying. Some days you just don't have it.
I did a few stretches and called it a day.
