Oh, I've done it many times, it does indeed work well.They're actually great for catching kids (haven't tried it personally).

You what!?I pulled a muscle in the bottom of my foot mowing.So annoying.
I wonder what these clean and jerks are.Today's fun 25 rounds, 1 min work 20 sec rest, 3 rounds of each:
80 double unders
1 min bag
5 clean and jerks @ 95lbs (held overhead for 10 seconds on last lift)
30 push ups
1 min abs
When I finished that, I felt so good, I did it all again.![]()
