When I got fat I had to lose 50ish. I never want to have to lose that much again. Ever.

I have the famous ten pounds that everyone wants to lose.

Want...but don't necessarily want 130. I want less waist and bigger muscles so a higher number won't bother me.

You can do it. Less treats plus move more.
No fad diet or skipping extra each day.
Do extra something every day.

It's already been a month and a half since we started this... I am just now starting to get serious.
It has taken me a month and a half to trick myself into believing that I will work out everyday.
 
You can do this!! Is it a process and it takes time. Don’t get discouraged. Keep working and moving. And if keep watching in what you put your mouth.
Progress not perfection.
Yeah, I don't plan on losing it fast, but gosh why don't they just make a pill!

I probably shouldn't lose forty but I'd love to weigh forty less😂
