Who did extra Friday, Saturday and today that can not add to the tattle sheet?

I'm behind on tickets again.

Next month we will have to each add our own. I just can't keep up right now.

I am going to do my extra right now.
This:

This one is more my speed!

I moved furniture and lifted boxes...and got stung by a bee that somehow was in my kitchen sink.

Finally lost enough tummy padding to realize I have diastasis recti (separation between my abdominal muscles from pregnancy). I'm going to be focusing on trying to bring them back together,
My husband has that separation … never pregnant… but carries a lot of abdominal weight. Diastasis recti is not just a women’s thing.

Doing slow ab work…in my recliner while watching OSU stomp Baylor in football…
does anyone else’s knees look like this…when doing leg lifts.? :lau:gig:lau:gig

Makes sense, but that's definitely how I ended up with it. 3 kids and 2 were just shy of 9lbs, only one in the "average" range at 7lbs. It's supposed to be correctable through exercise, I really hope so because I don't like the idea of being stitched up from the inside to keep my intestines where they belong, I need to confirm with a Dr. appointment, but it feels like I may have a small umbilical hernia too. Ugh.

I have gotten my diastasis down to one finger! It used to be 4. And yeah, very annoying thing to try to resolve. I always cringe if I hear people who have recently had a baby say they're doing lots of crunches and stuff to get their stomach back because, like you said, you need to lose that extra tummy before you even know it's there.
That gives me hope! I have a solid 3 finger separation. The transverse abdominal exercises made my lower abdomen cramp up, I can feel where the weakness are and it's amazing how simple the right exercises are and yet so hard.
