Socks wear out unequally. If they are pretty much the same so what. The ones that bug me is when I have one long sock with a short sock.

No long socks with short socks. That is against the rules.

Nah, I do my own laundry. Lately I have been darning the socks to get them to last longer.

I have one extra long sock and one extra shorter sock. No one can see my socks so other than uncomfortable, it is what it is. Besides I make my own rules.
