Tuesday and Wednesday workouts DONE! Hiking and surveying Tuesday at Tombstone Courthouse State Park and walking the super touristy boardwalk. Wednesday field work at Tubac Presidio State Park, took a "break" to go to a pre-bid meeting and eat lunch in Nogales AZ and walked a lot of outdoor stairs, then back to finish up at Tubac. Lots of driving - lots of sightseeing - lots of field work!

Extra is done for me! Shoulder/HIIT intervals. Has anyone else tried to get off the allergy med Zyrtec? I tried to wean myself off of it and now I have hives and itch all over like crazy! I guess it's a side effect after being on it for awhile. So now I'm taking Benadryl to try and control the itch and hives while my body gets used to not having cetirizine. Craziness

Did inner thighs with dumbbells. Holding the dumbbells HURT! I was using the wire clippers to build some cages earlier, the pain😩

@Kiki, Peeves did a bad thing.

All over me! I was laying on the couch and he was all over the place, next thing I know he shoved his rear into my face and tinkles down my neck😂

After all that work I did for him😒

Oh wow, that sounds terrible. I was on cetirizine for quite a while... Probably at least a few years. I tried not to take it unless I was having a bad allergy day or know I was going to go horseback riding. I didn't have any withdrawal symptoms when I stopped taking it altogether, though. Sorry you're dealing with that. It sounds miserable.
