Let’s get October in the rear view mirror and ramp up our extra in November. We have one more week of an extra hour of evening daylight…then we turn into mole rats for 5 months! Good news is December 21st starts the days adding. Teeny but if daylight.

also steaming some rice today, going in my pilgrimage to Costco to stock up veges and chicken, then make stir fry this afternoon and head to the old neighborhood for Halloween festivities with the kiddos.

This is the kind that I have. When it dries out, I refill it with ACV or wine.

I'm having the same issues! First, you have to clean your counters. I mean CLEAN them. Then get rid of any and all fruit that's sitting out. Then in a small bowl(I use a left over container) put a piece of fruit. Cut up apple works great, banana, whatever. Doesn't have to be a lot of fruit. Add a small amount of water with a drop of dish soap to the container. Do not swish around the soap. Then cover the bowl with plastic wrap, use a rubber band so it stays on. Poke a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a fork or tooth pick. Those nasty flies will fly into the bowl but won't be able to fly out. Trust me, it works. I have one on my counter now, lots of nasty flies in it

What do you do when it fills up? Are you just using a disposable bowl?

When you have trapped all the flies, they should be dead, empty in the trash. If not, you can empty the bowl outside so you aren't putting the flies back in your house. Then I just run the bowl through my dishwasher and reuse it for whatever. I have the sanitizer cycle on so I know everything gets really clean

I didn't update here yesterday, but I did a nice thigh workout. Supposedly will give me long lean legs like Kendall Jenner.
Not sure what I will do today, maybe some cardio and an arm workout

The illusion of length by making the muscles lean, not just bulky.
At least, that was my understanding. Maybe they really DO make them longer
