I wouldn't run today since the injury just happened. Some moving around is good, but I would take it easy on the exercise for a couple days. I hope it gets better soon.I see this thread is still going.
I've been a lazy old sod recently and I regret it because yesterday I ruined my lower back by trying to lift some extremely heavy bits of tree.
I'm considering going for a run but do you think that'll make it worse?
