Everyone has personal preferences for and against different supplement systems. I first tried this one in 2016 and it helped jumpstart my lifestyle changes. I am particularly fond of their protein shakes as they are much more palatable and digestible than others that I’ve tried. I just got their salted caramel flavor and it’s totally yummy!!!!!

The detox seems pretty good but the full diet recommendations weren’t for me so I had to modify a bit. It said zero animal protein for 10 days no way I could do that!!!!! I’m no floofer even if I am fluffy

Zero animal protein? Wow. I couldn't do that either. I feel like crap if I don't have meat.
