Well we have hatched three chicks over a two day period, the first is healthy and looking good, the second has club feet, he is only about six hours out of the incubator, we had two with slayed and waited too long to realize it was a problem and they didn't make it. I don't want to lose another chicken from my inaction. Is there something I can do, he is very fiesty and he is hopping around but his feet are curled inward. Is it too soon to worry. Please somebody help us.

Once he's all dried off you can take him out and make him (and any others with deformed feet) little booties out of medical tape. Leave them on for about a week and they should be corrected.

Could you be a little more specific, put tape around ankles ? Put tape on the bottom of the feet? I am just trying to understand. Thank you for replying

It's a little hard to explain, but if you google "chick taped feet" it should come up. Just tape them in the normal position for their first week and then they should set that way.
