Yep, looks like a Dorking.

Probably. Single comb? Legs look to be a bit shorter, and that is another aspect of Dorkings.

we have one female Red Dorking Right now. We had some males, and a couple more females. The male we kept was gorgeous!!

If it was purchased as one, then it seems likely to me. If it's just an assorted five toed chick I would stray away from that idea just because Dorkings are quite rare
