Dorking classification for showing

On the fair's entry form they list Silver Grey, White & all other varieties. I have some foolish rookie questions..... here goes!

I know SC Red is in the APA standard. Since they list "AOV" does that mean that RC Red, Light Grey, Wheaten & Birchen can also be shown? Noah will be showing them with 4-H as well as in open class as a junior... does that make a difference? Here's a pic with his favorite Light Grey.... and a really goofy grin!

I talked to the poultry superintendent & he said that even the colors that aren't in the standard would be accepted under AOV.
