Anything to help my Wyandottes start laying?

Hi all,

I have 2 Wyandotte Pullets who are 25 weeks now, very very red wattles & combs recently so I feel they must be close to laying their first eggs? I’ve read many other posts with people getting eggs between 18-22 weeks, just wondering if there is anything I can do to help this get started? Different food etc? It is Winter here right now so not sure if that would delay them at all? I also have a Barnevelder of the same age but have read they start closer to 8 months? Just really hoping we get eggs soon as there is such an egg shortage right now and I love my eggs 😊
