i got them from a girl who buys eggs from breeders & hatches them & then sells them on once big enough to go outside. also got a very good marked SLW pullet off her too.

we dont have hatcheries like over there.

very nice. they look youngish too. is your roo docile.
i think mine is too cheeky he is always following me or the dogs.​

I think he's pretty docile. Both he and the hens were at the top of the pecking order until the youngters took over. Now he ends up running for cover poor guy. He is really good to the hens. I'm hoping to hatch some eggs this year as I want more Dorkings. My incubator should be here before the end of the year!
